The outbreak starts rapidly at Prachamit Hospital, where Dr. Rin (Nychaa Nuttanicha), the girlfriend of former Muay Thai fighter Singh (Mark Prin Suparat), works. Singh, who previously worked for Vasu’s supply routes, rushes to the hospital upon hearing about the crisis, determined to rescue Rin and a young boy named Buddy. Armed with his exceptional combat skills, Singh navigates the zombie-infested hospital, engaging in intense hand-to-hand combat to clear a path for Rin and Buddy. The military, meanwhile, prepares to destroy the hospital to contain the spreading infection. The film culminates in a desperate fight for survival as Singh battles hordes of zombies to buy Rin and Buddy time to escape, with a twist at the end revealing Singh’s surprising survival from a massive explosion, hinting at a potential sequel and leaving the ultimate origin of the virus, likely linked to corporate greed and environmental collapse, open for further exploration.
